John Shalikashvili - Success!

Sent an e-mail to John Shalikashvili, who was the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1997. Received a very nice 8x10 color photograph, signed in thin black Sharpie. The photo was unpersonalized, but that doesn't matter.
