Chrissy, when you click on the link it says the topic that you were looking for is no longer there. I think that the thread was deleted due to the fact of spammers and then the people closing the emails.

I think the reason for the link not working is that Ian (The Collector) has stated many times in the past week that Fanmail.biz is not allowed to post full lists of emails to refrain from any "spamming" that could happen from doing so.

If you would like to send emails, best thing to do would be to search for celebrity emails yourself.

You are right about the list situation I didn't personally delete the link above, but unfortunately it does seem that many email addresses we have posted in whole lists in the past have been closed down.

If a list were used properly, and people just emailed a few celebs from it - then it would be OK. But what happens instead is that some members or guests just take the whole list and paste it into their address book and write a single request email and send it to the whole list :x

If several members do this every day then you can imagine the nightmare for the celeb or agent. What then happens is that they just change their email address, and the list fast becomes useless

Although it does take slightly more time to search out the details from the database, it does provide enough of an obstruction to put most spammers off I hope you all understand the reasons for us having to do this, and would urge all moderators to remove such posted lists if they see them on the forum
