The back of my envelope said "18" as did the back of my photo. I'm guessing they just give him the photos to sign then put them back in the correct envelopes.

I got him back yesterday! Congrats. he signed just 1/2 for me. Glad hes replying now.

Looks like he received quite a few letters! Then I can only imagine how many Robin Williams must have gotten :shock:

Congrats! That numbers thing is an interesting system. It probably helps make the turn around quicker.
