I sent out for one about 5 months ago. I had received an email saying it was on it's way but it was a PP because of Eltons hectic schedule and hope that was ok. That was 4 months ago. I returned the email after a month saying I haven't received it yet and to make sure they mailed it to the right place. Still waiting.....

If you want to see this and more, got to photobucket and look-up the user name jonboy1572. All the pics and envelopes are there. After numerous failed attempts to upload through photobucket and imageshack, I've given up. Its all on photobucket if you want to see it.
