Sent a LOR and a SASE on 4-27-11. I didn't send a picture because I couldn't find one that I liked or that I could print out with good quality. I used the address in the database:

I received a signed 4 x 9 card, with a picture that changes when you move it around (best description I could come up with since my scanner doesn't work), in the mail on 6-08-11. Very excited with what arrived!
