I think I know what you're talking about... I think. I haven't really watched them a lot during the rich rod era due to being overseas but this year it's on! (but yeah I think I've seen that address before on sc.net

Luigi Fioravanti wrote:I'm not giving this out and opening the floodgates but I'm gonna leave you a bread trail here...there is a very, very easy way to get (current) Michigan players. If you figure it out, so be it. But I've managed Mike Martin, Steve Schilling, Taylor Lewan, Patrick Omemah and Darius Morris (basketball) using the method. Don't expect Shoe-Lace Robinson, but just about everyone else is up for grabs there.
Totally off topic but, I just bought a sweet wooden Michigan plaque. Not for autograph purposes, just for display on it's own. Can't wait for the upcoming season, glad that Rich-Rod is finally out the door and they can get back down to business!

I think I know what you're talking about as well Luigi, was just getting ready to send out a couple Michigan requests in the next week or so. Desmond Howard and Brian Griese are the only one I have in my Michigan collection so far, since I've been so focused on the Redskins lately.

If anyone does know what I'm getting at, no one should ever share it. Not to be a dick, but not something you share..I'd call it a radical invasion of privacy. Funny, I just got Desmond Howard at the Boxing HOF over the weekend. Already have a few copies of my picture with him and an EA Sports NCAA '06 sleeve in the mail to him to sign. Just a heads up, he does not sign blank items so don't send him index cards.

Got him on a sweet custom 8X10, just wish he could have signed it in regular Sharpie instead of thin black. Still, it's a great sig and one of my favorite Michigan players of all time. I have him on a Redskins mini-helmet too, not that he ever did much there :)

Desmond was before his time. If he were coming out of college now, he would be Devin Hester or Reggie Bush. Recognized as more of an elite return specialist and play out his career on one team. Green Bay and Detroit got it right and he rewarded them with Pro Bowl seasons and even keyed Green Bay's Super Bowl win. Desmond is a borderline HOF-caliber returner. Washington should have had him focus on returning and not as much on running routes, and not given up on him after a couple years. I know you don't wanna hear this from a Giants fan but Washington seems to either sign or cut the wrong guys. Another thing you won't wanna hear...Roy Helu and Evan Royster over Jordan Todman...idk man. San Diego got away with a steal there because everyone reached on RB's this year.

Totally agree about signing and cutting the wrong guys, been frustrated about that for years now. Really hoping that things are going to be different now. I really think Royster can thrive in Shanahan's system, but not too sure about Helu being able to carry the load (hopefully he's not asked to.) Still I've gone for a "collect them all" mentality TTM when it comes to the Redskins' picks this year because I really think a lot of them can make the team and have solid contributions.

Desmond is an easy kill via ESPN. He's got a nice classic card or two I need to get signed, -which brings up a good point. You can also try writing players c/o the network they work for. Sterling Sharpe signs through NFL network regularly for example.

Chris Calloway (10-20), Anthony Carter(60-90), Jim Harbaugh(90-200), and Mel Owens (30-90) are fairly solid Michigan signers TTM from what I recall.

Tedy Bruschi is pretty much a lock too if you write him c/o ESPN. The second they hired Brian Griese for college football that's how I got him. Tried to get Marshall Faulk c/o NFL Network, knew it was a long shot, and still haven't heard back. Don't expect to either, but figured it was worth a try anyway. Still, to add to leebo's point, be sensible when you send to networks as well. Guys like Cris Carter, Keyshawn Johnson or Deion Sanders will probably never sign TTM so don't waste your stamps.

Something else I wanted to add, if anyone was thinking about finding Deangelo Hall's home address. I live not to far from Deangelo, and there was an article recently that he owes quite a bit of money in back taxes on his home. If not paid soon, the county is going to seize the home. True or not, I'd save your stamps for Deangelo for now.

I tried his home addy. I'm sure he's more likely to be at home now than in Bristol in the offseason.
