IT says i habe to send in a 8by10 envelope or 2.25 so can i just send the 2.25 and they'll get the envelope and other things. Also how long does the ttm take

My return took about three weeks. Like I said, I sent a Sports Illustrated, so my out going envelope was 10x13, and my SASE was 9x12.
