Re: Be warned!
I might not have read everything thoroughly, but this sounded like a scam before you sent the second payment. If the original shipment was not tracked, there's no way the postal service would know where it is or that it's being RTS'ed. That she managed to screw you a second time in the same scam is pretty amazing. The police isn't going to help, you best bet is to take it up with Paypal before the conflict window closes.

Just wanted to react to this part...dfreely wrote:If the original shipment was not tracked, there's no way the postal service would know where it is or that it's being RTS'ed.
If I send out pictures to be signed through the mail I don't pay extra for tracking, but I can still get a RTS ...
so that comment doesn't make any sense...
To the OP I just say this, we have saying here in belgium and roughly translated it says 'a donkey doesn't hit his feet twice at the same stone...' I don't know if that saying exists any where else but its just when you get scammed once by someone, you don't get fooled a second time...
I don't understand why you even paid extra? The seller should have offered to resend it no charge... I would have done that

Ask me a rude question, and you'll get a rude answer, simple as that!

If you had read what i SAID..regarding RTS yes if u send something and put a RTS address yes it can be returned no one said it wouldnt i said that when a Item gets RTS it has a sticker from the postal service on the front explaining the REASON it was RTS in this case she said there was NO reason.
I paid the second for recd delivery because i was trusting this person and taking her word but i can see now i was stupid to do so and yes your correct on the last part of your posting.

Re: Be warned!
What I meant is not that an untracked piece of mail cannot be RTSed, but that you would not be able to know that it's being RTSed. The seller claimed that she contacted the post office and they told her that it was being RTSed. It wouldn't be possible to know that if the mail was not tracked.Gertyke wrote:Just wanted to react to this part...dfreely wrote:If the original shipment was not tracked, there's no way the postal service would know where it is or that it's being RTS'ed.
