I'm questioning the authenticity because I sent to Minnesota, but the return address was in California, and she was nowhere near California at the time it was sent because she is on tour...

Hey, I'm a huge fan of Chelsea (watch her every night and need to write her ASAP) and from what I know about her signing habits, she is all about giving back to the fans and, in my opinion, is highly unlikely to use a secretary. If you could post a photo, I'd be able to give a more clear response regarding authenticity, but I know there's usually a distinct C followed by a couple up and down squiggles to denote an H. Hope this helps!

EDIT: Also, from what I've heard on her show, she flies out all over the country to do various gigs and is back in LA by Monday afternoon to film her show. So that explains the postmark...and she hasn't been airing repeats in awhile.
