You don't have to be a dick about it. I didn't understand the concept of SASE at the time, not too hard to understand. I've said the same thing like 12 times. Please stop making a fuss over it.Luigi Fioravanti wrote:Basically old enough that you're embarassed to admit that you don't understand the concept of a SASE. Meanwhile...back at the Bat Cave...
Here's a couple of addresses to give you something to do this weekend.
Ricky Ervins
c/o Xtreme Xplosion
P.O. Box 208
Ashburn, VA 20147
Jeff Blake
5821 Sunrise Ridge
Austin, TX 78735
It's funny, I never liked any of the teams that Blake played for, but I always liked him. Not sure how that worked out exactly, but enjoy.

Re: NFL TTM Thread
"At the time" is obviously pretty recently. Not being a dick at all. In fact, you're just being defensive. I asked how old you are and you took it upon yourself to give me a moron answer, so that told me enough right there. I asked because if you had said "12", id have apologized. If you had said anything over the age of, say, 15...I'd just have hit you with the ole trusty "lol". How a person reaches post-adolescence without learning of the SASE in any way shape or form boggles my mind. Let's move on to cell phones and Redbox now..-46- wrote:You don't have to be a dick about it. I didn't understand the concept of SASE at the time, not too hard to understand. Ricky Ervins- man I wish that he had been able to do more, but he got caught in a numbers game during the big salary cap crunch. He moonlighted for the Raiders one weekend where I got his autograph at training camp. He's got really nice Star Pics 1991 and ProSet 1991 rookie cards that I still might want to get signed.
Jeff Blake- I liked him best in his "Saints" incarnation. I need to check though on the address. I seem to have heard that he moved in the last year from a friend who works with him. He's very busy raising his son who apparently has some skillz.
Re: NFL TTM Thread
I wasn't looking to send to Blake right away, so if you do end up double checking that address let me know. Yeah I really think Ricky Ervins had a chance to do something, wish the Skins could have kept him around a little longer. I was going to make a custom, but I may just snag one of the cards you suggested off eBay. Unfortunately I looked and I don't have one single card of his in my collection.leebo wrote:shadow316 wrote:Meanwhile...back at the Bat Cave...

Re: NFL TTM Thread
I was really partial towards the Action Packed line. http://lee.n8d.com/2010/ervins-ricky/ Ricky had an outstanding card from that series as well, in addition to like 20 other action shots of him from other cards. It just depends on if you want him in his college duds from USC or Washington, and if you want a particular brand set signed. Still checking on Jeff Blake.shadow316 wrote:I wasn't looking to send to Blake right away, so if you do end up double checking that address let me know. Here's an interesting name of the day I've been kicking the tires at mailing. He apparently does respond to fanmail, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind a few pictures of the Rose Bowl to decorate his cell. Such a shame he blew it.

Re: NFL TTM Thread
Anybody know if Sonny Jurgenson signs TTM with the address in the database?
Re: NFL TTM Thread
Sonny charges a fee last I heard. Something in the area of $50 per item. You'd almost be better off buying something certified off eBay or a dealer. Still, if you decide to give it a shot anyway, let us know how you do. I'd love to add Sonny to my collection.-46- wrote:Anybody know if Sonny Jurgenson signs TTM with the address in the database?

Re: NFL TTM Thread
Yeah, I'm watching his highlights on NFL Network right now, I felt inspired to send to him
. But I don't want to spend 50 bucks. I may try without money someday and see what happens.

Only a Michigan State fan would have trouble with the concept of a SASE...-46- wrote:I am now since I understand the concept of a SASE.Luigi Fioravanti wrote:Dont be a bum...send a SASE.-46- wrote:Well, I'va had several successes without SASE's, so I'll wait it out and see what happens.
Anyways, Sent to Desmond about a month and a half ago, used espn address in the database. He also signed the pic I sent him of myself driving my M88 tracked recovery vehicle in Iraq. Very happy with this one. GO BLUE!
