Re: NFL TTM Thread
Mine took a couple weeks, maybe he's on vacation or something.
Re: NFL TTM Thread
Thanks, yeah it's barely been a month so I'm not too worried about it yet. Of course he doesn't seem to want his address getting out, so I also thought there was a possibility he wouldn't sign. I knew it was a bit of a risk, hoping it pays off though.1/10mtndiv wrote:Mine took a couple weeks, maybe he's on vacation or something.

Got a RTS from former Redskins CB Fred Smoot yesterday c/o home. Not on my laptop, but it was the Seneca Rd. address in VA for anyone else who may have been looking. It was marked Unable to Forward. I'll post the full address later, but if anyone has any insight on a new address please let me know.

Huh. Odd. I showed he still lived there. You may want to try through his SMACK energy bar site:shadow316 wrote:Got a RTS from former Redskins CB Fred Smoot yesterday c/o home. He's also really active in both the Washington DC community and also as a college alumni.
Dennis Smith (Denver Broncos safety from 1981-1994) signed 6 cards in 5 days for me. Sent a couple for him to keep. Signed everything and included a duplicate.

Re: NFL TTM Thread
Well, he does sort of live in almost the same city. I felt bad actually that he signed all of them. I meant for him to keep 4 but, you can't look a gift horse in the mouth.
I might be seeing Greg Townsend this weekend at the Raiders store, and going to the UCLA Fall Scrimmage in two weeks.
Did you know that Kurt Gouveia is now coaching in the UFL? In fact looking through what's left of the teams, there are quite a few former pros there- well coaching and playing. I'm going to scare up a 'blitz' on the MoLos and see if I can get a bunch of cards signed. Would love to get Daunte Culpepper knocked out before that league folds.
Finally, football season is coming...

Re: NFL TTM Thread
I've been in sort of a drought lately...but today I got Keenan McCardell c/o Redskins in about 10 days. He signed 2/2 (both cards). Really happy about this, I'm a big fan of his.

Also, I still haven't decided which charity I'm going to donate to. I was looking at heifer, but heard some negative things. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks for all of your help.
