Via Venue help?!

Hi. Katy Perry is coming to my town for a concert soon and I would like to write a fanmail to her via venue. I have some questions;
- How many days before the concert do I send the letter?
- If she replies how long do you think my average waiting time will be?
- Have you had any Via Venue successes?

- How many days before the concert do I send the letter? 5-10 the closer to your home, the closer to 5.
- If she replies how long do you think my average waiting time will be? She hasn't replied on tour yet. If so... it could be months (apparently)
- Have you had any Via Venue successes? I've actually never gotten a VV success (which is ridiculous for as many as I send.

I would make sure your mail gets there two days before. In my experiance, anything before that seems to be too soon. The response time could be anything, but realistically, it is usually quite quick.
