I think i'm gettin sick of hearing about her over and over again I wish she would just understand.

I guess she doesn't, and probably won't. Out of courtesy, I had left her thread open, but since she's used one of her aliases to bump it up again, my finger slipped....

One specific member or her other two aliases???

One member on our forum with 3 accounts...I guess she doesn't realise that we know they're all hers...

Here are the two aliases that she's also written from:

ademagirl
rockgoddess

And actually the IPs match up, etc., so can't admin delete these accounts since she's giving herself feedback and reputation points from these accounts?????

The problem is that all three of those names have posted from different IP addresses, as well as occasionally posting from the same ones

I can see what you are saying, and I agree it definately does look like the same person, but unfortunately with dynamic provision of IP addresses nowadays, many of our members post from the same IP address, so it can be difficult to "officially" tell for definate

We have already run into this problem with several members (including moderators ) who seem to have multiple member names assigned to their IP address.

Most of these check out as "shared / dynamic IP addresses", or addresses posted from school or other public computers (library etc).

I am in conversation with Admin about this particular issue, but I would ask moderators to try to ignore these posts for the short term.

We have plenty of other members who need our help out there!!!!!!

The thing is, you generally see rockgoddess or ademagirl posting in greendaygirl's posts and not really anywhere else... Plus, I think I mentioned once that I saw in a success for greendaygirl and rockgoddess?? (or was that ademagirl...I'll check up on it) that the name on the envelope and photo were the same.

I know the IP address situation is annoying, as shared / dynamic IP addresses does not definitively give us exactly who we're dealing with. However, the style of writing on their posts (and the numerous exclamation marks) can demonstrate a similar syntax, and possibly the same person.

If you look at all of their shared IP addresses they have a lot of similarities, as well as many from the EXACT same IP. I don't know how this can be doubted, considering the facts that nowandagain presented with the styles and the fact that they always seem to remark on greendaygirl's successes. All in all there isn't any doubt that these are all the same person and I'm not really sure what the reason of doubt would be.

I noticed that too. I am sure in all probability that this is the same person, but the problem is that if we block an IP address then we also stand to exclude other legitimate members posting from the same IP range.

However, the style of writing on their posts (and the numerous exclamation marks) can demonstrate a similar syntax, and possibly the same person.

Again, I agree with you the styles do look similar.

EDIT:OK Guys, I have PMed her and asked her about the three accounts. I have explained the situation and said that if she confirms the extra accounts are hers then I will delete them so she can just use her main one.

I have now heard back from greendaygirl and those other two accounts were hers as we all suspected.

I have told her that she must only have one account, and she must not post reputation points for herself

I will remove her other two accounts later today.
