Focusing on school is good. Just be glad you're not in my shoes.
I'm taking an education class-Law, Ethics, and Education. And the teacher doesn't teach. She sits there and watches us while we get in small groups and teach ourselves. I'm going crazy. If I'm paying $550 for one class, at least teach it.
To answer your question about sending to different agencies, that sounds fine. I'd space them out though.

As of right now, I should be in school (FIRST DAY), but NO hurricane IRENE screwed that up too >:D
Other then that, mail hasn't come yet.
and that's how my spanish teacher is. (then he eventually just gives you a substitute, because he goes on fishing trips, and she just makes you watch spanish movies you don't fully understand.)

I hated Spanish in high school. Hated it. I didn't learn a thing. I took two years of it and still can't speak it. It was too much book work.
College is a bit different though. I'm paying for this class and I want to get something out of it. I have around 60-70 pages of reading a week and I'm not retaining any of it.

A few months back I got tickets to go to a Pete Rose signing in Madison, WI. The day before he cancelled due to a back injury . So in his place an actual HOFer came in his place . Paul Molitor was there and I got him to sign the program from his number retirement day, an 8x10, a card and a mini bat! I always liked him but like him even more now for coming on such a short notice!!
