No i didn't mean it in a mean way, I was gonna ask her politely if there was a mix up or something. I'm just genuinely curious..... and that was kind of mean. Something happen today?

I'm sorry-I didn't intend on being mean. I checked Star....Tiger but the only replies were via venue. Someone tried sending to her dad's management but they got nothing back.

I would NOT ask why she didn't sign for you the last time, no matter how politely you worded it. If I were a celeb, that would turn me off completely if someone asked that. Obviously, it didn't get signed for one of two reasons: a.) she was too busy or b.) something in your letter put her off. If you ever try her again, you certainly don't want to say anything that's going to put you back in option B.

I just find it quite funny, especially considering my mom's packages arrive many days late.

Victimizing basically means you are making yourself a victim of not getting anything. Basically all of these celebrities are against you and hate you. Though that's not true.
