Sent - 12/8/11 I sent letter 2 picture's and IRC

Received - 7/9/11 my 2 picture's signed did not use my IRC sent it back

Congratulations!
So did Amanda provide her own stamp when replying if you received your IRC back?
It's just I would like to write to her and I'm a little confused with IRC's and have never a letter to America before.

yes she provided her own stamps which is cool because now i can reuse the IRC
