He won't be fired like Matt Hardy. He'll get another pass..wnorris53 wrote:TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle was arrested early this morning on charges of driving under the influence.
The Olympic gold medalist was arrested by Virginia State Troopers and taken to Warren County Jail. He posted $2,000 bond and was released at 3:31 a.m.
Much like their storylines, TNA is not consistent when dealing with troubled talent.
Kurt needs rehab.
TNA isn't going to force him to go. I am hopeful that McMahon will extend the same courtesy that he has to other TNA workers that were hooked on pills or booze.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Ebay questions...
1. Is anyone familiar with autographs of deceased wrestlers (pretty sure these guys died after 1990 in all the cases)? I can PM you a link to an ebay seller who has a number of autos I'm interested in -- if they're legit.
2. The various wrestlers who sell signed items on ebay... is it worth it to message them to negotiate on prices at all? I figure it can't hurt...

Sad to hear about Angle, so much talent such a waste...
I have a question about Derrick Bateman. Has anyone recieved anything from him wether it be recently or during his first stint on NXT. i have seen returns from Titus and Darren Young but i dont recall anything from Bateman recently.
Thank You

I've tried to message Candice regarding this since I was looking to send a few items to her and never heard back from her in six-months. It's worth a shot to send 'em a message and see what they'll do. The worst that comes out of it is that they say no.AutoGraff88 wrote:Ebay questions...

So because he likes the drink or pops the pills a few times all his talent has gone to waste? He needs help no doubt, but I'd put Kurt Angle against Davey Richards, CM Punk, Tanahashi, or AJ Styles any day and he'd not only hang with them in the ring, but he'd make them look better than they ever have even with his problems. His issues, unlike Jeff Hardy's seem to arise after the job is done so I don't see how it's a 'waste' of talent, they guy's body has been beat to oblivion over the years and he can still turn it up and fire on all cylinders.fiz wrote:Sad to hear about Angle, so much talent such a waste...

That said? I sent to Bateman during his first NXT shot and never received anything back.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
@Roulette: Thanks for the advice. I've found that for the bigger names, which on ebay would be ex-WWE divas, they tend to stick to their prices, although occasionally I've seen a few of them cut their prices a bit for everyone. What I was looking at was one wrestler with some rare promos. When I factored in the amount they charge per signature at a convention, plus trying to track down the promo at a decent price, it's not too far off from what they're charging. I'd still like a better deal, but I'm really only looking to buy two signed 8x10 promos.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Got back 1980s ladies wrestling star Susan Sexton today on three photos I sent to her.
Also got a RTS from an address I was testing from Layla El. (Note: I rarely post that I got a RTS. Just felt like doing it today. If I posted every RTS from untested addresses I get, the thread would be already 600 pages long.
