As you may know, the Top 11 finalists of the American Idol Season 10 is currently on tour and they're here
in the Philippines to wrap it up. They arrived in Manila on Friday and they will be having a 2 nights concert back- to- back at the Araneta Coliseum (the venue of the October 1, 1975 Thrilla in Manila) on the 20th and 21st of September.
The concert promoters organized some autograph signing activities at the four Ayala Malls for two consecutive days.
DAY 1
As a self- confessed die- hard Scotty McCreery fan, I went to the first mall (Alabang Town Centre) where he was expected to have an autograph signing together with the three Idol contestants (Haley, Jacob and Casey) at 5 PM. I'm not really familiar with the place so I got lost while I was on the way to the venue.
I arrived there at 3:15PM. You are required to buy at least one CD of the Top 4 Idol contestants so I bought Scotty's. You'll also get a free poster and a signing stub. At exactly 5:15 PM, the four Idols arrived and you can't barely hear what they're saying because of the girls screaming their lungs out when they saw them (It annoy the hell out of me!). ^o) They answered some interviews which lasted for about 10 minutes before they started signing the posters and CD's. I'm lucky enough because Scotty personalized my CD and I think I'm the only person who got it due to very tight security! :happy: They are very nice and friendly. Scotty is so cute (I'm straight but I think I just lost my manhood when I saw him. LMAO. :giggle: My girlfriend will definitely freak out once she found all about this. LOL). He has nice eyes and a very powerful and adorable voice!
Casey is so funny and friendly but he has a weird signature. haha. Haley is gorgeous and nice to his fans as well. Jacob is very accomodating and he always smile. 
Strictly no cameras and picture taking allowed but I managed to get a video of the idols signing my CD and poster. LOL. But when I was about to go home, I noticed that Scotty forgot to sign my poster! Da**it! :'(

DAY 2
Because I want Scotty to sign the poster, I went down to the next day of signing held at the Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City. This time he's with Paul, Jacob, Stefano and Lauren. They were expected to arrived at 4PM. Like the previous day, they answered questions from fans before they started signing the CD's and posters.
During the signing, I think Scotty recognized me from the other day.
Lauren is very pretty and friendly. Paul is quiet all the time. I thik he is shy. Stefano is a little bit cocky IMHO, he's the only Idol who don't handshake his fans. I've managed to get a clearer video this time but the bouncers caught me while Stefano is signing the poster. LOL.

James and company are also having an autograph signing activity at the nearby mall (Glorietta) so I immediately walked out of the venue to catch them on time but the traffic is very heavy so the travel time lasted for 30 minutes instead of a 10 minute drive. As as result, I arrived there late! :X I have a signing stub but the security did not allow me to enter. James is my second favourite finalist and I'm very sad that I missed the chance to get his autograph.v
But, I get the chance to meet him together with Casey at the Comfort Room (yeah, at the C.R)! haha. I think they're having a pee. LOL. I asked him if they could sign my poster since I was unable to arrive at the venue on time. James said "Yeah, sure!" but the security immediately butt in and said "No you can't!" so James just said "Sorry, I wish I could. "Anyway, it's an enjoyable experience and I'm happy that I got the chance to meet Scotty and the rest of the Idols. They are very nice and kind enough to extend the autograph signing. During the first day James and company signed posters and CD's for 8 hours!!!!! It must be very hard for them but they did it because they saw how the fans really love and suport them. As Jacob and the other Idols said during the interviews: "Filipinos are the best fans in the world!".
I'm looking forward for their upcoming projects.
