If it was more than $20 then I probably wouldnt get it! But thanks!MW1221 wrote:I haven't seen $20 as the going rate in the past several years. Now it's closer to $30, with some charging $40+.StevenQ wrote:$20 is the typical rate at most auto shows. We'd all like it for closer to free, that's why we go TTM. But some actors like Clancy don't seem to sign TTM, so it's the only way to add him to a collection. I'd like to get him for the kids, but in this economy, it can wait. Congrats on your success, very cool!
yes he is! His site is still down i think!mathias42 wrote:I'm glad to see he's signing again. His site was down for ages. I'll have to pop over there and get one myself.
20 is about normal over at Cinema Wasteland (Cleveland Ohio area), 25-30 at a lot of the PA shows I've hit over the last couple of years.
I have low funds also. I also try to donate to certain charities over the year. Not for an autograph but for personal reasons. I wish more celebrities were like Mr. Brown. He is not trying to make a buck. If you would like his autograph you have to pay $20 and the money goes to his charity. I have never paid $20 to get someone's autograph TTM but I am happy to know if I ever want Clancy Brown's it's an option, and in my opinion very reasonable. I am pretty sure he will personalize it for you too.Tabby wrote:RYAN-J wrote:It's only a little over two books worth of stamps.Tabby wrote:Nice success but I wouldn't consider that reasonable. I can't afford that.Haha. Congrats on the success. He's pretty awesome!

OK? And? I don't have $20 to pay for ONE autograph, especially if it's not even personalized. I am a college student. I have low amounts of funds.
You know, I've always thought about purchasing autographs of a few people I am a fan of. Then I think - well it may cost around 2 books of stamps, but imagine I could get 20 autographs with that $20.Tabby wrote:Wow. Seriously? I am being put down for not being able to afford to pay $20 for ONE autograph? I don't care if it's for charity-it's expensive. Period.
I was thinking the same thing. I have no problem with giving to charity-and I think it's great he's set it up that way-but it's a bit expensive.vivalakayla wrote:You know, I've always thought about purchasing autographs of a few people I am a fan of.
