I got a reply from Colin Firth, VV. Took a little more than a week to get it. (It helps a lot if his movie is shooting in the state you live in, and therefore the wait time is shortened.)

Yay! I got both Estelle Harris (Mrs. Potato Head) and Annie Potts (Bo Peep) today ;) I now have 4 toy story autographs - thanks Tabby for the addresses!

SongtotheSiren she personalised one of the pictures and just signed all the others! :)

I got two more replies today;

One from Maureen O'Brien who signed the picture I sent and two signed pictures from Meera Syal! :)
