UPDATE! I received the Josh Hamilton ball back signed with a great signature in blue ink on the sweet spot!
Just being bored on Twitter I noticed that Napoli is in Florida right now, Cruz and Young seem to be in hiding.
My son wanted an autographed baseball from several of the Rangers and today I used the 1000 Ballpark way address to send Josh Hamilton, Nelson Cruz, Michael Young and Mike Napoli each a baseball with a return label on them. I have never attempted to send anything to have them signed but after reading all of the success I will just hope they are returned.
Does anyone know if they will accept something from FedEx and return it if you send along a prepaid box for them to drop it in? I just like being able to track the stuff that I send.
Thanks!

Re: Texas Rangers Autograph attempt
I wish you luck in this endeavor. The Rangers have been getting much worse in signing since they've become more successful. Most requests sent in care of the team are either ignored or returned with a pre-printed picture card and a note saying they are too busy to sign. Used to be you could at least get a few of them to sign at the spring training address, but even that has pretty much dried up. I had successes through the ballpark address this year from Matt Harrison, Ron Washington, Koji Uehara, Mitch Moreland, and Julio Borbon, although the Borbon was returned when he was sent to Okla City & I remailed it to him there. Kinsler, Feliz, and Andrus sent the preprint card, busy letter & returned my items, while Gentry, Young, Hamilton, Holland and Napoli have not responded at all. Being as the team just got to the World Series for the second consecutive year, I expect them to be even tougher to get next season. Your best bet would be to attend spring training & hope for the best.
Re: Texas Rangers Autograph attempt
I agree, you will probably have very little luck if you send something out right now. Also you will probably be better off sending it through the mail, not fedex just to eliminate any possibly of it not being returned.
Re: Texas Rangers Autograph attempt
I guess I will just hope! I read all of the successful posts from during the post season so I was hopeful. We will see what happens! Thanks for the advice. I will update if I get anything in return.
Re: Texas Rangers Autograph attempt- Josh Hamilton
I received the Josh Hamilton ball back signed with a great signature in blue ink on the sweet spot! Sent it to the Ballpark way address. Reading their Twitter feed, it will be a while before he signs again but he always signs. Great guy! One of the few that the greedy agents haven't corrupted.
Re: Texas Rangers Autograph Success
I had almost given up on receiving the other three balls that I sent to the Rangers back. But a few weeks ago I received Mike Napoli and Michael Young signed balls in the mail. Almost a full year after I sent them they arrived back at my house. The only one I am waiting on now is Nelson Cruz. I am fine if he doesn't want to sign it. I just hope he sends the ball back eventually. Sorry No Scans.
