UK stamps second class cheapest way/Place to purchase ?

What is the cheapest place to buy second class stamps from in the uk ?

Is it cheaper to buy them in books of 12 or indvidual ? How much would a book of 12 be ?

If you're in the UK there is no cheapest place, they always cost the value of the stamp, and a book of twelve costs as much as twelve single ones.
