IRC problem :(

Hello!

I'm wanting to start my own collection (I'm from the Philippines)
the problem at hand is that our post office (or rather anywhere here in the country) has IRCs.

Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to change your money into foreign currencies and to include some dollars/pounds/euros in your letter.

Buy stamps from the country you're sending to. People on here will trade, or you can buy them on eBay. It'll be cheaper than IRCs, and safer than sending cash through the post.
