I will always back up matt, he is a good mod, before me and him talked I thought it was abit odd with his low posts but when you actually read his posts you see everyone of them is making the site a better place.

He's helped me alot and hopefully I've done the same for him {thumb2}

Okay guys, I apologize, but I just made a huge mistake- I was trying to edit my first post and I didn't realize that would require the poll to restart . I disagree with that. There are some TM who post a lot of useless post!
I can go in feedback and post great success or ask for a picture of the envelope or autograph when some else clearly has already done (which a lot of TMs do ) but I won't.

All a TM really needs to do is watch the board, anyone mess's about tell them, if it gets out of hand tell a mod, thats all The only time I ever said "a mod will add you to the draw" was when this guy wrote 10 meseges "am I entered"

Well guys and gals, its up to chrissy if she gets demoted or not since she is on her team. So I think someone should state their case to chrissy with all the proof of why she should get demoted.

I thought it might've been a joke at first...but sadly, it was not. :neutral: She actually posted a new topic about who would make a good TM. After I asked her why she had made a new one, she replied with:

I am apsolutely angry she's deleted that thread called "users" all because sunkissed made her opinion and I backed it up, how is this person be allowed to do this, its the 3rd topic that no-ones agreed with her and she's deleted it

I've been sort of pre-occupied with my finals project, but I was able to save the second "Who would make a good TM" post as a PDF, but it's basically what sunkissed08 said (and then Ashley deleted it, not very interesting). The annoying thing is that after I had noticed that she deleted the first one, I PM'd her giving a her a heads up that it may just be best not to make another post [my best attempt at being nice]... well she did anyways=

I think there were two issues at hand:
1) Due to cirumstances on the boards, there is a conversation about the current Trainee Moderator status on the board currently; I highly recommend you don't bring this up (at least for the time being)
2) Right now, Moderators and GM's are trying to establish new regulations on who can/should/will be a Trainee Moderator. I know you said not who "will be" but who people think should be, but do to the current standings of many TM's this is not their place.
3) Also, your post saying that posting "Great Success" (or the like), and asking for an envelope or scan after someone else has, was incorrect.

and was ignored. It seems that any time someone finds a flaw in her practices she is able to shift the fault from her to someone else, whether that be her sister or some other member on the board.
