Hello! Welcome to the forums

I just print mine out at home. If you buy good quality photo paper then they'll look really nice. You could also print them out at a store which a lot of people do. It's whatever is best for you

Usually, when I'm low on stamps, I send 4x6's because they fit into standard 4 x 9.5 in. envelopes.

I print mine at home with heavy glossy photo paper.
