Issue with printing paper

I don't know if this has anything to do with your problem. But I have the same problem you discribed (rubbing ink off from glossy picture). When I use the original ink, I don't have a problem with the ink rubbing off, but soon as I use a different ink, it doesn't matter if I refill it or replace it with a different brand, the ink is rubbing off.

Thanks for the reply. I do use HP60 ink everytime. I use to use off brand a long time ago, but I too had those problems back in the day. I think mine is in the settings for borderless photo
