It was supposed to snow here at the end of August, then September, and so on. It finally snowed a little at the end of November. Then the snow cleared up.. it began snowing here again a few days ago. It's not really snowing, its just really cold. That's Canada for ya

I'm most likely working on Christmas Eve and Christmas.. probably for a few hours for each day. I'm working on Boxing Day after I go shopping at the mall.

Nothing special. We usually go shopping on Boxing Day like I mentioned. Hmm and Christmas morning or a little in the afternoon we open up gifts! Christmas Eve my younger brother and sister open a gift each because they "can't wait". My older sister and I just wait.

We don't really "celebrate" Christmas.

That's pretty much about it.

Hello everyone!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR to all on the boards!!!!!

On Christmas Eve, I'm usually at my dad's side of the family and since we're Italian we have a LARGE family gathering and we eat a lot of fish and seafood!! Then we'll sit down and talk; have coffee and dessert!! Afterwards, we'll open up gifts since all my family wants to see what we all got and since my cousins are young they can't wait until the morning to open them!! Sometimes we'll go to midnight mass or go to an earlier one!! I'll then stay overnight and have lunch, some more family will come!! Around 4 or 5 we'll leave for home and then I'll have more gifts to open with my mom at home!!

On Boxing Day, its my grandma's birthday on my mom's side so we go to visit her! Since they celebrate Orthodox Christmas we only get to open some presents that day and the rest in January when its the Orthodox Christmas!!

Merry Christmas

On Christmas Eve, I'll be going about as usual. Possibly going out and doing a litttle last-minute Christmas shopping. When night comes, we'll start a fire in our fireplace and watch some Christmas movies.

As for Christmas Day, I'll be getting up about 3:00 a.m. to make sure my 11 year old cousin doesn't get into the gifts (or to put it simply, "Guard Duty" ). From the time I wake up, to the time I wake my parents up, I'll watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I will then wake up my parents at 6:30 a.m. so that we can all open our gifts. After opening our gifts, we'll clean up the wrapping paper mess, then go and enjoy the new stuff we just got. Sometime in the afternoon, the rest of our family will come out, at which time, we'll open up their gifts. We'll eat a good Christmas dinner, and then they'll leave.

Regarding the snow, we had about 3 inches yesterday. Most of it is melting though.

Christmas Eve I don't know, probably just staying home and swimming and having family over
Christmas my family and a few other family friends are going out to the Sofitel (hotel) for lunch.
Then on boxing day we're probably going to see some friends.
