Anne Murray does, I sent to her and it only took 4 days. You can send to her TTM, or via email on her website! I heard Lori Allan is pretty good TTM, Ed Asner depends. For some people it took days, but for me it took around a month. The cast of “Degrassi†is really good via email, too. Doug Brochu and Ryan Ochoa take around a month. Coco Jones takes 1-2 weeks via email, and so does Karan Brar.
