I just got that exact same letter today and I sent my request on on May 19th the first day of shooting.

I think he picked and chose who to reply to... Or he didn't have a sharpie on him while he was reading the mail (because that's what I would've done)... But, yeah... There were two people who were lucky to get his recently and who sent later than you did... One was Chinese and the other drew a picture of Bilbo.

No! How disappointing! Martin Freeman was one of my most-wanted autographs from "The Hobbit" set. Looks like I'll be getting one of these back, too. Too bad. I guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for ways to catch him via venue in the future.
