Perhaps you should post a link to where that is stated or take this issue up with fanmail.biz, otherwise this is just a statement that no one has any reason to believe. Beth, this can be said for ANY celebrity, not just Mr. Frank. Of course celebrities are busy, EVERYONE knows that, but it doesn't mean one shouldn't try. If I held back on sending out an LOR because I knew someone was busy, my autograph collection wouldn't be as large as it is. I just send them out knowing either it will take a while or I'll get my letter back with no response. I've also learned how to spot fakes since that can also happen from time to time.
