I didn't think small or capital letters effected the email, does it?

Of course that the capital letters effected the email. I sent the email with small letters and I didn't get a RTS. You need to try.

The case of the letters makes absolutely no difference to whether an email is successful or not, your statement is completely untrue.

Well Andy316... What can I say? MY EXPERIENCE SAYS OTHERWISE, but I will avoid further with this controversy. You and I have seen previously involved in other discussions... so I will give a step to another side...for mental health.
