Did you ever lend her money? Then she'd owe you. If you sent her pictures she didn't sign - she doesn't. Doesn't matter if it was once or a thousand times.
It sounds like you've got some kind of unhealthy obsession, I know it must suck not having her sign your pictures, but perhaps there's a reason? there are quite a few that won't sign, after all. And I doubt you made a deal where she personally promised you she'd sign your pictures.

I asked the exact same question, why would you keep writing to someone you seem to hate? Just write it off as a loss and move on, don't become a stalker!
