CJ: It is probably just the type of Marker he is using.

If you are sending trading cards, grab some Johnson & Johnson baby powder. Sprinkle a little bit on and rub it into the card. That'll lock down most marker problems. Otherwise, if you are still having an issue, mail him a marker that you'd like him to use with the card/picture. Lots of people include markers with their item.

HQ Pictures: Google brother. Search for large sized pictures. You can find the majority of the superstars.

Had this problem with Koscheck. Its the marker vs. finish. Your best bet is to finish the job, rub off the rest and send it back to him to re-do. Otherwise, it will eventually come off anyway.
