I'm starting to think that the Walking Dead Fanmail well is dry.

I mailed out to Andrew Lincoln this morning! I am waiting to to hear back from Melissa!

I have sent out a request to Norman Reedus today and I think I'll resend for Irone Singleton and Sarah Wayne Callies via agency towards the end of the year.

I sent my previously signed (by Andrew) photo to Norman Reedus about 3 weeks ago and am still waiting. Hopefully I'll get something sometime soon!

Maybe they were all just tired of signing for a while, cause they had to sign a lot of cards for cryptozoic.

hopefully they will start signing fanmail again soon. and i really dont hope they stopped signing. (why would they?)

Plenty of reasons celebs stop signing, being overwhelmed, i know Norman Reedus took a pic of like 5 boxes of mail & he said that was just that weeks haul. Plus they all did just sign for Cryptozic, & that is a bigger priority before fanmail. Some stopped signing early like IronE, i'm assuming his character was just killed off & he left the set, pretty sure Sarah Wayne Callies stopped signing a while ago too, possible that they were just tired of it. Seems like the only 3 still signing for the last few months are Norman, Andrew Lincoln & Melissa McBride.

And don't forget about the cons. Many WD actors have started to attend conventions and are taking $40 per autograph. Why continue to sign for free when you can make that much money at a con?

Maybe because of all those extra things they do, like conventions, extra signings for cardcompanies and shooting the last episodes. They are just to busy to get signing their fanmail.


the ones i have out to the set and had some hope they would come back are Emily Kinney and Andrew Lincoln.

Others i send, but are more longshots are Danai Gurira, Lauren Cohan and David Morrissey.

but yes, why would they sign for free, if they can get money for it. i know Chandler Riggs sells his on ebay for 40 dollars. or at least his dad is.

Not at all. People were getting replies within 10-14 days from almost all the actors, but the difference was that only very few people knew the VV address. They are obviously getting a lot more requests this year because the address has been posted everywhere.
