Honey, I'm 20! HAHARYAN J. wrote:Very nice! I'm currently waiting to hear back form them on my playbill request. {thumb2} Glad those tips will work for you. And I'm sure everyone here wishes that the post office would have a contest, but with the way they are finicially already it's not likely to happen. I'm not sure how old you are, but if your grandparent's or parents ask you what you want for your birthday just tell them "STAMPS!" my grandma asked me and that's what I told her. That way I can write to all my favorite stars and get successes back all year long & it feels like one long birthday!![]()

For Christmas, my mother said she had no clue what to get me and asked me what I wanted. All I asked for was a book of stamps and a package of manila envelopes lol.
I love the feeling of one long birthday! It's like every day when the mail runs you get a "gift!" lol

I sent a request to Ms. Fonda and also one for a playbill. I guess I'm in the same boat as Ryan.TheScarletPimpernel wrote:
Ryan, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but in case you have yet to hear:
33 Variations closed (bizarrely) on Thursday night, May 21. Why on a Thursday night? I have no idea...(generally shows close at the end of their week - Sunday, or Saturday evening if no Sunday performances). It was already a limited engagement, but hasn't been selling too well as of late, so it didn't get extended.
Perhaps you should have just written your request to Ms. Fonda herself, as I'm assuming it's her autograph you were after. She seemed very reliable.
I wouldn't necessarily give up hope just yet. I got my Hairspray playbill AFTER the show had closed, about a week or two actually. I was very surprised. I was so happy, but a little sad that I couldn't send a thank you note to the stage manager. I don't know if you or I will luck up this time though. Maybe.

(I'm trying to stay positive because I hate wasting postage. lol)
