Why not try to sort it out with admin then, if a majority of us believe that you are not ready, and you didn't even ask to be a mod, then why continue being one?

Maybe be a TM, but mod is just too far IMO.

There's a saying "if you hang out with losers; you become a loser." I wish you the best as a Mod and that you will not be influenced by the members on your team.

I don't think -Lil1- is in this category. I do believe in the quote but -Lil1- is one of the nicest and sweetest people here on fanmail and i can see that she is really doing her best now.

She did not pick to be a moderator. Admin will not change that.
All we can do now is support her and help her be the best moderator she can be.
