I got a warning point for doing something like this.arun187 wrote:i agree you should not post the success if you cant/wont share the address...its actually kind of mean to post the success and then say i cant share it.

Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Right, i'm gonna send out to ROH tomorrow in hopes of getting Homicide to finally sign my TNA promo. However, who would you address the package to? I know some wrestlers don't like you calling them by there real names but putting Homicide on a parcel doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

I think I'd go with his real name on this one.5150 wrote:Right, i'm gonna send out to ROH tomorrow in hopes of getting Homicide to finally sign my TNA promo. Yeah, thats what i'm thinking. I read in an interview though he doesn't like being called by his real name by fans. I'll give it a shot anyway.

I would address it like this:
"Homicide"
c/o TNA Wrestling
At least with the quotations, a postal worker-as if it's anyone's business-will see it's a nickname or some department or something.

If sending to the organization, I put the wrestling name, if at home, I use their real name.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
Yeah, pointless to say a result and not be willing to point to an address. While I am happy for that person's Eve success.
Re: Wrestling Collectors?
While I agree that it's not necessary to post about a success if you can't post the address it does help point out that the information IS out there and if you find it the person IS willing to sign, say what you want about it (and I've done the same thing) but it is helpful information it's just not the information that you want.
A little research goes a long way, I found a few recently that have been very gainful but they asked I not share the address because it's their home address and don't want to be flooded. All you need is their legal name, an idea of what city and state they're in along with an area radius and general logic and you'll find out that quite a few of them are already listed online.
Got a success I've been waiting nearly 3-months for today when Barry Darsow came in. The Value Added Printing address is still a valid one for him. Will be sending another card off to him already signed by Bill Eadie so I have both cards autographed by both members of Demolition.
