Selise: Yes, Roundabout does pass on fanmail, both at the American Airlines Theatre (people have been getting responses from Langella right now) and also Studio 54 (personal success from Studio 54); unfortunately, Roundabout rarely, if ever sends out Cast-Signed playbills. The only show within the past year from Roundabout that sent out cast ones was Les Liaisons Dangerouses at the AA. But they certainly pass on mail to individual actors .

Lizzy: Roundabout is a specific "company"/"producer" that puts on shows. There are only two independent companies: Roundabout (obviosuly) and The Lincoln Center which currently is holding the South Pacific revival. As you will notice, Roundabout has only done revivals or different interpertations of revivals, which is usually the policy of the Lincoln Center, but they have mounted plenty of new shows.

All other shows are mounted by "private" producers, in that they are not from a specific company. If you live in the US, more than likely you're closest major city has one. For instance, in Philly we have the Walnut Street Theatre!

Therefore, Roundabout is just the "company" putting on the show, in which the venue is the American Airlines Theatre.

When you write to Mary, disregard the whole Roundabout thing! After your letter, just simply request either a PLAYBILL (which you will have seen many successes on the "Via Venue" forum) or a headshot and she will most likely be able to deliver to your request.

Wow, I've sent to a few people there and never heard anything back at AA (I sent to individual performers)

Do you know by chance if the WaMu Theater at MSG passes on? I've emailed them, but no response. I want to have my Wintuk poster signed.
