has anybody had success with snoop dogg or kanye west? I'm planning on sending them letters.

also if you had a success how long did it take?(I'm kinda impatient)

Your best bet would be trying to write to them Via Venue. I've not seen fixed-address successes for either of these artists, and I know for sure Kanye only signs VV.

The waiting time on requests differs from celeb to celeb. It depends on when they want to reply, not when you want them to. Unfortunately autograph collecting requires a lot of patience.
