I guess the general thing for all artist is to just send a request letter/photograph to the agent and wait? Do some artist ask for money for a signature?
Sorry if this has been discussed before. I am not a collector, but I am trying to get a personalized autograph from each of the cast from Alf. I see most of the addresses are listed on this amazing site, but a couple are missing such as John Lamotta, Benji Gregory, and Andrea Elson. Has anyone had much luck with the rest of the cast? I see that Jake has like 4 different addresses for some reason?

Re: General rules for autographs
A lot of "un-tested" addresses will take a lot of guessing and trying, but the wait will be worth it.
Your best bet is to send the request letter, photo, and even a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) to ensure a faster reply. The SASE will allow for a quick turn around, two-three Forever stamps should be sufficient.
Not all actors will ask for money, but a select few do. Again, if a lot of the Alf actor's addresses haven't been tested by fanmail users, you'll just have to see what happens. Worst case scenario is that you'll get a letter back which tells you that the particular actor charges a fee for autographs.
Hope that helps!
