Hins Cheung RTS (Cantonese singer)

Hins Cheung is a famous singer in Canton(Guangzhou).now he works in Hong Kong.and he will hold a concert on 31st Oct and 1st Nov in Guangzhou.so i sent a letter(with 3 photos and sase) to him via venue of Guangzhou gymnasium on 20th Oct.but today i received RTS.it said that the watch of the gymnasium rejected the letter and it couldn't be delivered to recipients.i am so wonder about that.the concert hasn't been held,but the letter was untreaded.
btw,Avril Lavigne held a concert at this Guangzhou gymnasium soon before,and i sent her a letter(also with photos and sase) via this venue.i couldn't received any reply but no RTS.it should be proved that the gymnasium won't deliver letters to the person who held concert there,but why have two results?one no RTS but one did.that's the most mixed-up thing for me.
any opinion?

Never try VV in China. It will not work. Because people do not have a culture like western countries to forward stuff. In China, you want someone to do you a favor, have to prepare $$ for it first...
