Hi Jason,

I think it's cool that you posted this. I actually enjoy Chinese New Year in the aspect of what year it is/horoscope. My dad is an ox, so I guess in saying that he will have a good year?. I was curious if an ox's personality varies between men and women like it does for the astrological horoscopes? And what is the significance of using animals? Also, what year will it be next year in 2010? If I'm right, 2011 is the year of the Rabbit and that's what I am.

Yes according to the horoscope your Dad is going to have a good year {thumb2}

No, I don't think an ox's personality varies between men and women, however, how they show their personality might be different ;)

An ox's personality is hardworking, honest, modest and he likes to be in charge of things.

Next year will be the Year of Tiger and the year after that will be, as you correctly stated, the ear of Rabbit

Ooo, yay! 2011 is the year of the Rabbit! Weird to be looking that far ahead, but I certainly hope it will be a good year then, as I hope to be graduating my current program and applying to teacher's college. *crosses fingers*
