Depends on where you live. If you live in Europe, i'd say about a week and a half before the concert. So around March 25th would be perfect! {thumb2}
And remember to write "Please Hold Until April 6th" on the envelope.

da ya think that Katy will sign our stuffs, when she'll get about , i don't know, five fanmails??

Dunno. Katy is one of my favourite singer, so I'd like to try get her autograph. Katy sign via venue, I saw two success from her. She sends out authentic autographs from her agency, but it is rare and it takes so long. And these autographs are not personalized, but Katy sign mostly inscribed and signed at via venue and she get more scarce letters like her agency.
