Inferis Online...

Unread post by zipbags »

A few years back. I purchased a few items from them. After posting some samples here and from other sources. I have come to agree that they are either forgeries or somehow printed. They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. I emailed my complaint and asked the return policy. We will see what their response is.

Here is their website for people to check out and see for themselves.... http://www.inferisonline.com

If he refuses or ignores me. I will contact paypal and make a complaint and see what happens.

Here is another tell tale sign of a fake. They have a cast signed Battlestar Galactica(old) poster. The autos look exactly like the real ones. But, they have a sig by the actress Maren Jensen. Who has been missing from Hollywood and the fan community for over 20yrs.

Well, they offer a life time guarantee. So they should give you your money back if the items are returned. If they refuse I would threaten to take legal actions against them. Or contact your bank/credit card company (depending on how you payed for the items) and have the charges reversed because of fraud.

Thats my plan. They are based in Spain so I doubt legal action would bother them. But, they deal a lot with Paypal. So hopefully, Paypal is more helpful. My only concern is that I got them 2 1/2 years ago.

Will keep everyone up to date on what happens.

Well, it's a life time guarantee so it shouldn't matter. I had an issue with a UACC dealer before that sold me a fake Brandon Routh autograph. I contacted him close to 3 years after I bought it and got my money back. Hopefully you will get your money back too.

Well I called Paypal and they really can't help. I did file a complaint with IC3.gov about the autographs I got from Jakesmom (Susan's Autographs). I did hear she was arrested and put on probation. So hopefully someone who prosecuted her will see it and maybe I can get some kind of restitution.

I am still waiting for a response from Inferis. But, I just sent it later afternoon and they are in Spain...So it might have been too late. But, I am not hopeful.

Glad to hear that fraudster is getting what she deserves. {up}
People like that ruin the hobby for everyone. I really hope you will get some, if not all of your money back.

Left two emails and haven't heard a thing back from them. It really irks me that Paypal doesn't take more of an active role in situations like this. I understand its past the 45 days. And I am not saying they should refund my money. But, if they threaten to shut down his paypal account. It might get something resolved.

Just sent my 3rd email. Will keep sending until I get a response. I am thinking of contacting Paypal again. If anyone else got screwed by them and payed with Paypal. Please contact them. From my original phone call. It looks like they will only do something if they get enough complaints.
