HELP!!!! Mylène Farmer Via-Venue Request

I could really use some advice. I have NO CLUE if I did this correctly or not. In late mid to late May I went to the post office to try to send something to Mylène Farmer. (She's a French pop star for those of you who don't know. Youtube her sometime. You'll like it lol)

She's currently touring right now and I shot an email to a couple of the venues that she'd be hitting as she travels doing her shows. Both of them were nice enough to give me the address of where I could send the fanmail. One of them said they passed all fanmail along to her production team. I picked on of the venues, wrote my letter, and headed to the post office the next day.

I live in a small town and these people didn't have any idea what they were doing, international postage exchange rates, etc. I had to figure it out all on my own. The woman at the post office assured me that it would arrive at the venue on time. (I wrote along the bottom in French to please hold until June 5th for the Mylène Farmer concert, just in case it arrived early.) I inserted about $8 (US) in IRCs just to be safe. My post office applied the correct amount of postage for my letter to go to France. (Being a small town, we don't deal with many European dealings and when I say small, I mean BFE. lol)

I'm very worried that I may have not inserted enough in IRCs, etc.

Does anyone know anything about mailing things to France? Also, if anyone knows how Ms. Farmer is about fan mail that would be very helpful. This was my first letter to France and my first via-venue attempt. It's almost July and while I'm aware it takes a while for mail to go between France and the US and that Ms. Farmer is very busy, I'm just thinking I may have wasted my money (a risk I was willing to take).

I'm trying to be patient because she has a long break in her tour before she picks back up in September coming up soon. Can anyone offer any advice or words of encouragement? Thanks in advance!
