Tippi Hedren - Refused Mail RTS

I sent a package to Ms. Hedren (09/10/2019) to her Acton PO Box address and she refused my mail. I do not know why. According to the USPS tracking (see my screenshot link below) she returned the package back to Greece. I will post the RTS envelope when i receive it.
