postage from Europe to US

I would like to ask how much stamps do I have to use if I am sending from US to Europe? For 30g. - 1ounce I put two 0,79stamps and for 50g. - 1,7ounce I put three 0,79stamps. Is it enough?

It all depends on the size:

If it is smaller than 8X10 you would need only 0.98 in stamps for one ounce.

If it is a large envelope you would need 1.24 in stamps for one ounce.

The other one (50g or 1.7 ounces) will need 1.82 if it is a small envelope and 2.08 if it is a large envelope.
