How would I find out/can anyone help me with the address for Tamara Drewe?

Starring Gemma Arterton, Dominic Cooper & Tamsin Greig. The IMDB says its currently in pre-production, should I wait until sending, does this mean they aren't actually filming yet?
Also, is there anything i have to do differently to just a normal TTM request?
