I need some feedback/opinions from you - HELP.

Ok, so here is what I am wanting to do.

I LOVE Cheap Trick and they are performing at The Las Vegas Hilton for some dates about The Beatles ... Now, I spoke with a very nice lady at the hotel and she informed me that they are performing there, but couldnt find their names as guests in the registry - Possibly use stage names or whatever - I told her I had something I wanted to send and she said a good way to get it to them is to send it to the Showroom Manager at the hotel and she would get it to them ... Now, your opinions- Should I go ahead and do that or should I take my chances and mail it to the actual band at the hotel - I know Rick Neilsen is usually the on who does alot of their PR and what not, so I thought maybe that route would work??? What do u all think? They are playing there until the 23rd of September, so I want to get this out ASAP ... Thanks ahead of time.
