Ok, so here is what I am wanting to do.
I LOVE Cheap Trick and they are performing at The Las Vegas Hilton for some dates about The Beatles ... Now, I spoke with a very nice lady at the hotel and she informed me that they are performing there, but couldnt find their names as guests in the registry - Possibly use stage names or whatever - I told her I had something I wanted to send and she said a good way to get it to them is to send it to the Showroom Manager at the hotle and she would get it to them ... Now, your opinions- Should I go ahead and do that or should I take my chances and mail it to the actual band at the hotel - I know Rick Neilsen is usually the on who does alot of their PR and what not, so I thought maybe that route would work??? What do u all think? They are playing there until the 23rd of September, so I want to get this out ASAP ... Thanks ahead of time.

Hi Mjr Frank Burns!
I think you should send it to the hotel addressed as:
Cheap Trick
C/O (Showroom Manager)
Address
City, State Zip
And at the bottom of the envelope you could write "Please hold for Cheap Trick (date appearing)" or something along those lines.
Either way you're still sending it to the hotel, and if the venue told you to send it to the showroom manager, I'd go ahead and do that. They may only pass on fan mail routed to the appropriate person.
Hope that helps!
